Your AI assistant for the back office

The admin runs itself. You still say yes.

Liv manages your billing, financial tracking, inbox and daily tasks so nothing falls through the cracks. She keeps your business organized, tells you what needs you, and never sends anything without your approval.

What Liv does

The work that piles up behind the work you actually sell. She does it in the background and brings you the decisions.

Watches the money

Invoices out, what you are owed, what is overdue, and what is genuinely safe to spend once tax is set aside.

Keeps the inbox moving

Shows you which conversations are waiting on an answer from you, oldest first, so a client request never quietly ages out.

Files receipts

Photograph it or forward it. Liv reads the vendor, the amount and the date, and files it against the right account.

Holds the list

Works from the to-do list you already use, so what she says about your day matches the list you already trust.

Opens your day

One short briefing each morning: what is on, what needs an answer, what changed since yesterday.

Chases politely

Drafts the follow-up on an overdue invoice in your voice, and waits for you to approve it before anything goes out.

How it works

Fifteen minutes to set up. After that it runs on its own and only comes to you when something needs a decision.

Connect what you use

Your books, your calendar and mail, your to-do list. Each one is a switch you can turn off at any time.

Liv watches

She reads what changed, works out what it means for your money and your day, and drafts what she thinks should happen next.

You approve

Anything leaving your business waits for a deliberate yes from you. A swipe on your phone, a confirm on your desktop.

Good morning. Two things on your calendar today, and three emails are waiting on an answer. The invoice to Brookfield is nine days overdue, so I have drafted a short nudge.

Where the AI is, and where it is not

Liv is an AI assistant, and she is specific about it. AI does the reading and the drafting. Your numbers are computed, not guessed.

Where AI works

  • Reads receipts and bills. A photo or a forwarded PDF becomes a filed expense with the amounts pulled out for you to confirm.
  • Answers questions in plain English. Ask about your money and get an answer, with the records it came from.
  • Learns your voice. Drafts sound like you, because she studied how you actually write.
  • Sits in meetings. What you agreed becomes tasks and change orders. Coming

Where it never goes

  • Your numbers. Balances, what you are owed, what is safe to spend, your tax set-aside: computed from your own records, the same answer every time.
  • Deciding what matters. Mail is ordered by how long it has waited, not by a guess at importance.
  • Acting on its own. AI proposes. You approve. Nothing leaves your business without you.

What we promise

This is your business and your money. The rules are short enough to read.

Liv reads. She never acts on her own. She cannot send, spend, book or change anything. Every action waits for you to press the button.
Every source has a switch, on your own screen. Turning one off deletes the key rather than hiding it. Turn it back on whenever you like.
Ask how she knows something and she will tell you. Every fact has a source and a time, and everything learned today is on one screen.
Nothing is used to train anything. Nothing about your business goes to anyone else, at any point, for any reason.

Two ways to work with Liv

Both are the same assistant. The difference is how far into your week she reaches.
